Customers may collect Personal Data such as first and last name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other information of other people while using the MMK Software Services in this case, MMK does not control the information stored and collected using MMK Software Services.
We store our customers' data on MMK servers and process it as a processor under our customers’ instructions and in accordance with our Service Contract which prohibit us from using the information except as necessary to provide and improve the Service and as required by law.
Our customers control their own data, and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating the information they process using the MMK Software Services and for complying with any regulations or laws in their respective jurisdictions requiring providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the Personal Data to MMK for processing purposes.
Customers may connect third-party integrations to their MMK Software Services account. Those third-party services may ask for certain permissions in order to access data or send information to customer's account. Any permission(s) granted by the customer, grants these third parties access to the data, which may include (but are not limited to) granting third-party applications access to view, store, and modify your records. MMK is not responsible for the practices of third-party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to third-party applications.
